Our agritourism covers approximately 1.4 hectares on the characteristic terraces of the Sorrento peninsula. With methods handed down for four generations, we cultivate organic products, typical of our land such as the Sorrento lemon (PGI) from which we make limoncello and the olive trees from which we produce our extra virgin olive oil (DOP).
For our guests we create seasonal dishes with raw materials that come directly from our garden, the result of ancient secrets of our farmers: pumpkin, aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes, artichokes, salad, etc.. we transform to preserve so much abundance in tasty pickles, moreover our company raises a few dozen cattle and from the milk of our cows we start the production of fresh and aged cheeses that are much appreciated. Rabbits, poultry and pigs cannot be missing, from which our sausages of different seasonings.
In addition to lemon trees, our farm takes care of several other plants: oranges, tangerines, peaches, figs, plums, apricots, cherries and strawberries, with these wonders of the earth the jams we make are perfect to be spread on bread or to garnish a tasty tart.
Our organic crops continue with the vines, from which the production of wine that brightens up the lunches and dinners of our guests.
The home-made liqueurs are very appreciated: Nocino, Mirto, Mandarinetto, Finocchietto, Limoncello, Crema di limoni and Fragola , with traditional recipes, some little secrets, but above all excellent quality raw material.
Our production of: extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit and grapes is completely ORGANIC, it is followed by the control body CCPB control body authorized by MIPAAF, our BIO identification code is A 973.
